Consultation
Our journey begins with listening. An in-depth conversation about your vision, lifestyle, needs, and the site. We explore possibilities, discuss precedents, and establish the project brief. This phase concludes with a signed agreement and a clear scope of work.

Concept Design
Ideas take form. We develop 2–3 distinct design concepts, each exploring different spatial, material, and formal possibilities. 3D visualizations help you see and feel the space before a single decision is finalized. Your feedback shapes the preferred direction.

Design Development
The approved concept is refined into a fully resolved design. Every room, every junction, every material is refined. This is where the design truly comes alive — and where we work closely with structural and services consultants to ensure buildability.

Construction Drawings
The complete set of technical drawings that contractors use to build your project. Every detail documented: foundations, structure, finishes, fixtures, and fittings. These drawings also serve as the basis for permit applications in the relevant local authority.

Supervision

How long does a typical project take?
A complete residential project — from concept through construction — typically takes 12–24 months depending on size and complexity. The design phases alone usually take 3–5 months.
What are your fees?
Our architectural fee is typically a percentage of the construction cost, ranging from 8–15% depending on the scope and complexity of services required. We provide a clear fee proposal before any work begins.
Can you work on projects outside Bali?
Our focus is Bali and the surrounding islands, where we have deep knowledge of local conditions, regulations, and contractor networks. Contact us to discuss your specific location.
Do you offer just consultation without full design?
